Reports are digitally stored until:
Age 24 if assessed while under 18, or
Six years after assessment if aged 18 or over.
After this time, all records are securely destroyed.

Information may be shared only with your explicit written consent and for legitimate educational purposes, for example with:
Schools, local authorities, exam boards, or universities — when sharing reports or recommendations

From time to time, anonymised reports may need to be shared with professional bodies with all personal identifiers removed.
